I am the proud mom of 3 wonderful children, my oldest daughter is in college in College Station at Blinn. She attended HHS and was a varsity cheerleader, varsity softball, showed goats in FFA and is a competitive equestrian. My son is a Sophomore at HHS who plays Varsity Football, Junior Varsity Basketball and Varsity Baseball, is in Beta club and FFA and my youngest daughter is about to start Kindergarten at HES and she loves to do anything that big sister and brother do, especially play with the dogs, goats and ride her pony. We have 12 horses, 5 dogs and 3 cats. 

Outside of school, I am a Therapeutic Horseback Riding instructor. After many years of working for other therapy riding facilities, I opened my own facility in Oct 2018 where we service over 25+ adults and children of varying needs from Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Autism among others. In 2020 I obtained my PATH International Registered Therapeutic Riding Instructor certification and am now working on my Advanced Riding instructor certification. I also plan to obtain my Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning certification along the way.
