The HES Treblemakers are getting ready for the upcoming Black History Program to be held on Tuesday night, February 26, at 5:00 p.m. in the Hempstead Elementary Cafeteria. The public is invited to attend the program.
Treblemakers will be practicing in the mornings before school from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The following practice schedule will be followed from January 29 to February 26:
All practices will be held in Mr. Mott’s classroom.
February is Black History Month. Black History Month is celebrated annually in the United States during the month of February.
It’s time to make someone’s day! Take time to make a difference in someone’s day by just giving a little more effort. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Remember, the smallest things can mean the most to someone at the right time.

National FFA Week, February 16-23, began in the week of George Washington’s birthday in 1948, in recognition of Washington’s legacy as an agriculturist and farmer. A young group of farmers founded FFA in 1928 with a mission to prepare future generations for the challenges of feeding a growing population.
